Biscuits & Gravy

I found I like this recipe with Pillsbury Hawaiian pull-apart rolls better than biscuits, but you choose.

1 lb. Sausage

1 container Pillsbury Sweet Hawaiian pull-apart rolls

4 Cups of Milk (approximately)

Salt & Pepper to taste

*Green Beans (steamed for about 1 minute in the microwave) - optional

Bake Rolls as directed on the package..

Brown sausage in a large 12" skillet or Wok Skillet.

In a Medium bowl or larger measuring cup mix about 1/2 Cup Flour and 3 - 4 Cups of Milk. Stir well to remove all lumps. Add Salt & Pepper to taste. You may want to wait to add Salt & Pepper until it is mixed with the sausage.

Add mixture to browned sausage in the skillet (using the grease to flavor the gravy). If using a 12" skillet the mixture should be about 1/2" - 1" from the top of the pan. Stir over medium high heat until thick.

Put rolls on a plate (pulled apart as desired) and cover with sausage gravy. Add steamed green beans for a fresh element.
