1 pkg (24 oz) Holiday Cauliflower Rice
1 lb Maple Sausage
2 Cups Cheese (Rosemary Asagio/Italian Herb Mozzarella)
1/2 pkg Gyro meat
Minced Onion (to taste)
Basil (to taste)
Rosemary (to taste)
Preheat oven to 375*. Spray 9x13 glass pan with cooking spray.
Brown sausage in a skillet making bite size pieces of sausage while you brown.
Chop gyro meat and cheeses into small pieces. In a large bowl, mix eggs, basil, onion and rosemary. Whisk until all ingredients are incorporated.
Put frozen cauliflower rice into the sprayed cake pan. Add a layer of gyro meat, 1/2 the cheese and sausage.
Add egg mixture and sprinkle remaining cheese over evenly over the top.
Bake for 1 hour, or until a fork comes out clean.
They now have a nice variety of Cauliflower Rice. I have used this recipe with Ginger Sesame Cauliflower Rice. You can also use any kind of meats and cheeses for different flavors. Also, consider serving with guacamole, salsa or your favorite dressing for added flavor.
