Grilled Pineapple
Who doesn't love glazed grilled pineapple? It's definitely NOT low-Carb, but it sure is a tasty treat to have with your dinner.

Ingredients:
1 Cup Honey
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
1 Pineapple, peeled
Directions:
Set smoker/grill to 450* and preheat, lid closed for 10 - 15 minutes.
In a medium bowl, mix together cinnamon and sugar. Coat pineapple well with cinnamon sugar.
Drizzle pineapple with honey and coat well.
*You may combine honey, sugar & cinnamon and soften in the microwave to brush on the pineapple instead. This method does create a lot of drippings, so make sure you have a good dripping tray or heavy duty foil lining under the grill grate.


Place pineapple directly on the grill grate and cook for 30 minutes total rotating occasionally.

Remove from grill and drizzle with additional honey if desired. Slice & serve - enjoy!
