*Halibut Casserole

This is such an easy recipe, but so delicious. All you need is a few ingredients and fresh halibut.

Ingredients:

1 large Halibut filet, cut into cubes

White Pepper

Johnny's Seasoned Salt

1 Cup Mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip)

1 Cup Grated Cheese

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375*. Spray a 9x13 glass pan with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with white pepper.

  2. Cut halibut into 1-2 inch cubes and arrange in the pan in a single layer. Sprinkle with Johnny's seasoned salt.

3. Mix Mayonnaise and cheese in a medium size bowl. Start with 1 Cup. The mixture should be thick (like peanut butter). Use as much is needed to cover the halibut.

4. Bake uncovered at 375* for 20 minutes.

5. Use a fork to see if the halibut is flaky. If not, cook another 5 minutes and check again.
