*Kebabs - Chicken & Steak
Here's a bonus recipe this week because I didn't get one up last week. This is a super fun and quick dinner on the smoker.

Ingredients:
12 - 15 Bamboo skewers (15 - 16 inches long)
1 lb Chicken, cubed
1 lb Steak, cubed
1 Pineapple or 1 lb pineapple spears, cut into cubes
KC Masterpiece Honey Teriyaki sauce
Traeger Apricot BBQ sauce
Vegetables, your choice
Broccoli
Zucchini/Cucumbers
Onions
Peppers
Mushrooms
Tomatoes
Directions:
Cut Steak and Chicken in advance (the day before) into cubes. Put them in a gallon Ziploc with marinade to sit overnight. Steak with Teriyaki and Chicken with BBQ sauce.
Soak bamboo skewers in water on a baking sheet for at least 2 hours prior to using. This will keep them from becoming brittle on the smoker during cook time.
Pre-heat smoker to high 450*, lid closed about 15 minutes.

While smoker is heating put meat and veggies on the skewers.
Cook 6 - 8 minutes. Then, turn each skewer (using tongs or a hot mitt). Cook another 6 - 8 minutes on the other side.
Remove from smoker and enjoy!
