Left-over pockets

Ever wonder what to do with your Thanksgiving left-overs. Grab some Pillsbury Crescent Rolls and make a Left-over pocket.

1 - 2 Packages of Pillsbury Crescent Roll dough (or dough sheets)

Left-overs from Thanksgiving (Turkey, potatoes, stuffing, etc.)

1 Egg - whisked

Gravy

Take 2 triangles and smoosh the perforated line together so there are no gaps, and you have a nice rectangle shaped dough. Put a piece of turkey, spoon of mashed potatoes, stuffing, peas (or veggie).

Wrap the dough around the stack of left-overs and use a fork to press all sides of the dough together so there are no open gaps.

Use a brush to spread egg wash over each pocket.

Bake as instructed on the rolls.

Cover with left-over gravy and enjoy!
