Maple Glazed Ham
I've been wanting to try my hand at making a Ham. Now that I've done turkey, it's time to try other big dinners. I found this wonderful recipe for a Maple Glazed Ham. Now, it does have a lot of sugar in it, but consider that it is only on the outside of your ham, so the serving size may be smaller.

Ingredients:
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Maple Syrup (real maple)
1 Cup Pineapple juice (or Cran-Mango or other juice)
Directions:
Put your ham cut side down in a roasting pan. Pre-heat oven to 225*. Rub brown sugar all over the ham. Pour maple syrup over the brown sugar. Then, pour juice over the top.
Cook for 3 - 4 hours or until internal temperature reads 140*.
For glaze: Use the juice in the bottom of the pan (when you bring out the ham). Put drippings in a saucepan. Turn stove on medium. Take 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch and mix with 2 Tablespoons warm water and stir until smooth. Pour that into the drippings on the stove. Stir until sauce becomes a little thick. Pour this over the ham when serving for added sweetness.
