Memorial Day Bonus recipe - Pulled Pork

Pulled pork is such a nice thing to have on-hand for salads, egg scrambles, sandwich wraps, etc. It's super easy to make as well. Once it's cooked, you can keep the left-over meat in an air tight container in the fridge to use for about a week or more.

Ingredients:

3 - 4 lb. Pork Shoulder

Deep Roasted Sesame Dressing & Marinade

Directions:

Take your frozen pork shoulder and put it in a crock pot. Pour marinade over the pork. Make sure the pork is completely covered. Cook on low for 10 - 12 hours, or until the pork shreds easily with a fork.
