Pork Chops - smoked

We have been smoking almost everything this year because we have grown comfortable with our smoker and how to use it. Here is our delicious smoked Pork Chops.

Ingredients:

Boneless Pork Chops (4)

Mediterranean Seasoning



Directions:

  1. Season pork on all sides with seasoning. Let set in fridge overnight.

  2. Set smoker to 300*

  3. 3. Cook 1 hour, turning once. Remove once internal temperature is at 145*.


Serve with steamed or roasted vegetables.
