*Stuffed Chicken

2 large chicken breasts

1 small head of broccoli

12 Ovaline Mozzarella balls

1 Chicken pineapple sausage

Balsamic dressing

In a medium size bowl, chop broccoli, mozzarella balls & sausage into small pieces. Drizzle with balsamic dressing and stir until all is coated.

Take a knife and place on top of the chicken to mark with your finger how deep you should cut the chicken. You want about 1/2 inch from the other side so you don't cut completely through the chicken. Cut down the side of the chicken so you make a slot. Stuff the slot with broccoli mixture and close opening with toothpicks.

Use an air fryer oven at 375* on the middle rack. Cook for 20 minutes on one side then flip chicken over and cook 5 - 20 minutes depending on the size of the chicken breasts. The internal temperature should be 160*.
