*Teriyaki Salmon - smoked

Sorry it's been a few weeks since I posted any new recipes. We went on vacation. This week, I have a super easy recipe for delicious Teriyaki Salmon.

Ingredients:

1 Salmon filet

Honey Teriyaki sauce

Directions:

  1. Pour oil on a paper towel to wipe down the grill grate on your smoker so your fish won't stick. You may also use a cooking tray or cover your grill grate with aluminum foil prior to cooking. Spray the foil or cooking tray with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Set smoker to 350* and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

  3. Pour sauce over your salmon and brush over surface to get a nice even coating.

4. Cook skin side down for 15 - 20 minutes. Once the fish is flaky (when stabbed with a fork) it is ready.
