*Wagyu Hamburgers

If you have ever had Wagyu beef and want a delicious burger, try these. You can get Wagyu ground meat at the grocery store. You can also do this recipe using any type of hamburger meat.


Ingredients:

1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix

2 lb package Wagyu ground beef

KC BBQ rub, to taste

Cheese* optional


Directions:

Preheat your smoker (with Hickory pellets) to 450* (high), lid closed for 15 minutes.


In large bowl, put ground meat and 1 package of Lipton Onion Soup mix and mix with clean hands. Making sure to get the soup mix well distributed throughout the meat. Form into patties.


Put patties on smoker and cook 4 - 6 minutes (depending on the size of your patties). Flip over and add a cheese slice to each patty. Cook an additional 4 - 6 minutes.


Serve on buns with any toppings you like.
