Whipper Snap Cookies

This is the easiest cookie recipe I know. I have estimated the amount of Carbs per cookie and figured about 10 - 12 Carbs per cookie.

Ingredients:

1 package Cake mix (whatever flavor you want your cookies to be)

1 - 8 oz Whipped topping

Powdered Sugar

Directions:

Mix the cake mix and whipped topping until batter is thick and sticky.

Use a small cookie scoop or small spoon to drop small balls of batter into powdered sugar. Roll the batter (with powdered sugar) into a ball and place on a cookie sheet. Flatten a little with your fingers.

Bake at 350* for 9 - 11 minutes..

For this variety, I made a glaze using 1 Cup Powdered Sugar. You can use the powdered sugar you used to roll the dough, but make sure there are no bits of batter in it. Add 3 Tablespoons water to the powdered sugar and mix. This makes a nice glaze.

Remove cookies from baking sheets and put them on a paper towel or wax paper. Drizzle glaze over cookies once the cookies are cooled.

Let the glaze dry a bit before putting the cookies on a plate or storing.
